It's hard to belive that I leave in just eight weeks. There are days when time seems to pass so slowly and it is difficult to keep busy. Then there are those days when time flies by and the things on my list barely get done.
I've got most of my stuff together by now. I've added a few things to my packing list and removed others. I'm at that point where I look at something and decide to not include it - gotta travel light...then an hour or two passes and I've come up with a dozen reasons why it needs to go along...smile. It's all part of the game!
All of my visa documents are at the processing agency and awaiting the arrival of my invitation letters. I was warned it would take a while and that they might come at the last minute. I'm trying to be patient. Not my strong suit.
From the Mediterranean Sea to the Pacific Ocean, this is my first "round-the-world" tour and the first time I am traveling alone. It's also the first time I am NOT the leader of the group. This will be a huge adventure for me, one that tests my patience (smile), stamina and my ability to adapt. I can't wait!
